Importance of Physical Activity

There is much to be said about the physical actions or activities of everyday people. One importance of this idea is based on cognitive thinking in a conscious or unconscious level from the blinking of one's eye lids, to walking, to exercising in a gym. Newton third law

"When one body exerts a force on a second body, the second body simultaneously exerts a force equal in magnitude and opposite in direction on the first body."

Therefore in a subconscious manner, by visualizing others in motion which could seem favorable; our minds are stimulated thus our physical actions begin working towards a similar stimulus. For an example lets look professional sports. Athletes train themselves mentally and physically in order for them to conduct actions and manners that are not favorable in any other condition either for what they are tended for. This goes much more for Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) and Boxing. At the same time when a spectator is mentally in-tuned and engaged with their favorable sport, they tend to mimic the movements and actions of the athlete performing a physical activity.
In a retrospective idea, we can take a look at the masses of people who work in corporate offices in America. These individuals physical structure of their body represents what their everyday duties of a same physical demand. Office workers are trained in the same sort of way, but display a completely different physical capacity. If you take a boxer out of the ring and ask him to type a letter. Not gonna happen.
